At algorx, we are committed to facilitating timely and reliable delivery of your orders. Please review the following shipping policy for important information regarding order processing, shipping methods, and delivery responsibility.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders are processed only after approval by a licensed healthcare provider and are fulfilled exclusively by our partner pharmacies.
- Processing time varies based on prescription verification, pharmacy workflow, order volume, and pharmacy operating hours.
- Shipping timelines refer to the period after the order has left the pharmacy, not the time of order placement.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Shipping is handled entirely at the discretion of the dispensing pharmacy.
- Depending on the medication, destination, and pharmacy logistics, shipments may be sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity.
- Tracking information is provided once the pharmacy has shipped the order, when available.
Shipping Restrictions & Requirements
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
- Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, returned packages, or failed delivery.
Delivery Responsibility, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has shipped, algorx is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- All shipping outcomes, including replacement eligibility, are handled at the discretion of the dispensing pharmacy.
- Due to the nature of pharmaceutical medications, applicable laws and regulations may limit or prohibit replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, and these limitations are outside of algorx's control.
- algorx can assist by helping connect you with the dispensing pharmacy for further review, but replacement is not guaranteed.
- If a package arrives damaged, please contact support@algorx.ai within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damage.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges.
